Welcome to Bela Fashions Returns Policy
Our policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In order to complete your return, we also need your invoice as proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please note that handling charges will apply on returned items and that will be a charge of £10 per suit.
HOW DO I REFUND?
You may use whichever delivery company that you trust and have access to in your area e.g Royal Mail, DPD, MyHermes etc.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, so please do bear with us.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and your money will be returned to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, then please ensure to first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to the address mentioned below.
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been dispatched, you will be assessed 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
Cancellations cannot be applied on orders after dispatch. If you wish to cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped then please follow our Returns Policy and Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a return with all applicable fees.

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery for returning your item. Furthermore, the initial delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund as well as any handling charges that apply (this includes orders that received the free delivery).
If you are eligible for an exchange, depending on where you live, the time required for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
